Every donation helps us provide psychological support to survivors and the clinicians caring for them. We are deeply grateful for your trust and compassion.
How Your Donations Are Helping
The funds raised have helped us secure a Zoom platform to deliver mental health webinars for two groups: clinicians working with earthquake survivors and people directly affected by the disaster.
These webinars create opportunities to access practical guidance, strengthen coping skills, and build connections during a time of grief and uncertainty. For clinicians, the sessions support their work with affected individuals and families. For survivors, they offer a welcoming space to learn about emotional responses to disaster and ways to care for themselves and their loved ones as they rebuild their communities.
We thank our speakers for donating their time and expertise to support us, and we appreciate all of those who attend and provide a valuable contribution toward our efforts.
Additional Support for Those Who Need It
Webinars are an important starting point, but some participants need more individualized care. We are covering six sessions of psychological support for each person identified within the groups as needing additional help. Each process is $240 and covers 6 sessions where they receive clinical support from a licensed clinician in Colombia.
Your generosity helps make this continued support possible, extending care beyond the group setting to people who may be struggling with more persistent distress.
We Are Just Getting Started, and the Needs Continue to Grow
Recovery after an earthquake takes time and a joint effort to rebuild and support. As our work begins, the need for psychological support continues to grow. With your continued help, we can sustain these webinars and provide additional individual care for those who need it.
